End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sabre Products ("Company") for the use of Sabre software applications and services.
By using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
2. License Grant
- Access and use the Software for your internal business purposes
- Use the Software in accordance with your subscription plan
- Create accounts for authorized users within your organization
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Do not rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
- Do not use the Software for unlawful purposes
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Software may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks, payment processors, and communication platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to this EULA and the third-party's terms.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SABRE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
